Bitoro Foundation has been established in the Cayman Islands and oversees the governance process of Bitoro Network. Bitoro Foundation is completely independant from Bitoro Labs.

Since there is currently no DAO or native token yet, Bitoro can make improvements quickly and efficiently while providing more value to traders.
