Connect your wallet: Ensure your wallet (e.g., MetaMask) is connected to Bitoro by clicking "Connect Wallet" at the top of the page.
Select the desired mainnet: you have the option of several mainnets on Bitoro, these will be continuously updated.
Select the desired asset: Once connected, use the market dropdown selection to choose the asset you want to trade.
Navigate to the "Place Order" panel: Navigate to the "Place Order" panel, located on the upper-right side of the trading interface.
Choose between "Buy/Long" and "Sell/Short": Click on "Buy" to open a long position (speculating that the asset's price will rise) or "Sell" to open a short position (speculating that the asset's price will decline).
Enter the order amount: You can enter the order amount manually or by dragging the leverage slider. Adjust the size of your position based on the desired leverage.
Place the order: After setting the order amount and leverage, click the "Place Order" button. A notification will appear in your wallet, prompting you to confirm the transaction. Once confirmed, your order will be placed and executed via Bitoro and you will be able to see your newly opened position in the "Positions" tab below the chart.
