Getting Started
Welcome to Bitoro on Orderly, a decentralized perpetual futures exchange on Bitoro Network. This guide will walk you through the process of getting started with our platform. By following these step-by-step instructions, you will be able to navigate the website, launch the app, connect your wallet, enable trading and deposit USDC to the Orderbook Account so you can start trading on Bitoro Network.
Step 1: Navigate to the Bitoro website
To begin, visit the Bitoro website at https://bitoro.network This will take you to the homepage, where you can find information about the platform, its features, and supported assets.
Step 2: Launch the app or click on "Trade"
Once on the Bitoro homepage, click on the "Trade Now" button or the "Trade" link located at the top of the page. This will open the Bitoro trading interface.
Step 3: Connect your wallet
To connect your wallet, click the "Connect Wallet" button located at the top-right corner of the trading interface. A modal will pop up, prompting you to select a wallet. Choose MetaMask (or any other wallet you want to use) and follow the prompts to connect it to Bitoro. Make sure your wallet's network is set to a mainnet that's available on Bitoro.
If your MetaMask wallet is locked, you will need to unlock it by entering your password or using your hardware wallet. Once your wallet is unlocked and connected, you will see your wallet address displayed in the top-right corner of the trading interface.
Step 4: Enable Trading and Deposit USDC coin
In order to start trading on Bitoro, you will first need to enable trading by clicking the "Enable Trading" button after connecting your wallet. This will require you to sign off in your connected wallet - you will only need to perform this function once for the selected wallet. You then will need to deposit USDC into your account. To do this, click on the "Deposit" button located in the bottom-left corner of the Orderbook Account box. This will open a modal, where you can select the amount of USDC you want to deposit.
Enter the desired amount of USDC you wish to deposit and click on the "Approve" button. MetaMask will prompt you to confirm the transaction. There may be 2 transactions. Review all the details and confirm the transaction(s) to proceed.
Congratulations! You have successfully navigated the Bitoro website, launched the Bitoro app, connected your wallet, and deposited USDC to your Orderbook Account. You are now ready to explore the world of decentralized crypto perpetual futures contracts trading on BitoroX!
